Emergency Diaper Bank
The Callaway County Health Department has partnered with First Chance for Children to provide diapers and wipes to families in need. This collaboration helps ensure that families with young children have access to these essential items.

What is Included?
Once per month, each eligible family will receive:
- 1 pack of diapers per child
- 1 pack of wipes for every two (2) children
Items are dependent on availability.
Who is Eligible?
To qualify for the Emergency Diaper Bank, families must meet the following criteria:
Be a Callaway County Resident
Be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level
To receive assistance, you will need to provide a completed diaper form.
